Common Questions From Medical Practices
The CDSHC Partner Clinic model is designed to integrate with an established medical practice while providing the infrastructure required to build and grow a dedicated aesthetics, skin and hair division.
Do I need to change the name of my existing medical practice?
No. Established medical practices may retain their existing identity. CDSHC can be introduced as a dedicated Aesthetics, Skin & Hair division using an approved co-branding structure that maintains both your existing practice identity and a clearly recognised CDSHC presence.
What if my practice already has a strong brand identity?
We can integrate CDSHC alongside an established practice brand rather than replacing it. The final co-branding, signage and patient-facing presentation are developed with CDSHC to preserve the value of your existing medical practice while maintaining consistency across the CDSHC network.
Who pays for signage and the physical CDSHC clinic setup?
The Partner contributes to the Brand Installation & Clinic Integration, currently from $15,000 + GST. This may include signage, internal branding, patient-facing displays, SkinTales retail presentation and other approved CDSHC brand elements. Any structural or compliance-related premises works are the responsibility of the Partner Practice.
Do I own the devices provided through the partnership?
No. Devices supplied through the CDSHC Technology Program remain owned by CDSHC, Aesthetics Consults or the nominated group entity. The Partner receives access to the approved technology ecosystem throughout the partnership without having to independently purchase and manage each device.
What happens if a device breaks down or becomes outdated?
CDSHC manages normal technical support, reasonable wear and tear, equipment faults and the technology lifecycle. Devices may be retained, repaired, replaced or upgraded depending on reliability, clinical relevance and network standards. Damage caused by misuse, negligence or mishandling remains the responsibility of the Partner Practice.
Can my existing doctors, nurses and therapists provide CDSHC services?
Yes, provided they independently meet all applicable professional, registration, licensing and scope-of-practice requirements. The Partner Practice remains responsible for these requirements. CDSHC provides training specifically in the use of CDSHC devices, proprietary protocols, approved products and systems.
Who pays for injectables, skincare and treatment consumables?
Treatment consumables, injectables, medicines, skincare and other treatment inputs are paid for by the Partner Practice and sourced through CDSHC or approved suppliers in accordance with the Partner Program requirements.
Is paid marketing optional?
No. Consistent patient acquisition is an important part of building a successful cosmetic and skin division. Partner Clinics participate in the CDSHC centralised marketing framework, with a minimum marketing investment determined by the clinic's revenue tier and growth requirements.
Can I continue offering cosmetic or skin treatments independently outside CDSHC?
Cosmetic, aesthetics, skin and hair services offered from the approved Partner Clinic premises form part of the CDSHC division. New treatments, technologies or products require prior CDSHC approval so the network can maintain consistent clinical, operational and brand standards.
Ongoing Partnership Support Included
Brand development • clinical resources • training • marketing strategy • business support • technology development • network growth
Is CDSHC the Right Fit for Your Practice?
We partner selectively with doctors and established medical practices where we believe the CDSHC model has strong clinical and commercial potential.
Commercial terms are indicative and subject to partner assessment, location, final scope and execution of the applicable partnership agreements. Branding and installation costs may vary according to premises, signage requirements and site approvals. Paid marketing requirements may vary according to market and clinic performance.
