Australia's Aesthetic Growth Partner

Aesthetic Devices, Clinic Software and Training for Australian Clinics

Aesthetics Consults is an aesthetic device supplier in Australia that also builds the software, training and business planning around the equipment. We supply aesthetic machines, clinic software, clinical training and consulting to cosmetic and skin clinics nationally, and we operate from Chatswood in Sydney.

Most suppliers sell one of those. We sell all four, which means the advice you get on a device is not shaped by it being the only thing we have.

What We Supply

Four things clinics need, from one relationship

Every part of the offer exists because clinic owners kept asking for the same four things at once: the right device, a system to run the clinic, training their team could actually use, and someone who had done it before to advise on the rest.

Clinic Software

Aesthetic clinic software built for cosmetic practice

General practice software was not designed for cosmetic work. It has no place for injection mapping, no structured consent for elective treatment, no before and after imaging tied to the patient record, and no scripting workflow.
  • Bookings and online scheduling
  • Patient and treatment records
  • Digital consent forms and signatures
  • Pre and post treatment photography
  • Inventory and stock control
  • Scripting support for nurse led teams
  • Telehealth consultation
  • Invoicing and performance reporting
Training

Cosmetic training and nurse mentorship

Training at Aesthetics Consults is led by Dr Sana Pirzada. Programs combine theory with supervised hands on practice and are structured around AHPRA and TGA obligations rather than technique alone.
Our ultrasound guided injectable training is the part clinics ask about most. It teaches practitioners to identify facial vascular anatomy before injecting and to detect and manage vascular complications after, which is the single highest consequence risk in injectable practice.
Clinic Setup

Opening or scaling an aesthetic clinic

Choosing a device before you know your treatment menu, your prescriber arrangement and your local licensing requirements is how clinics end up with equipment they cannot legally or profitably use. We map that sequence with you before anything is purchased.

New clinic setup

Treatment menu, licensing pathway, equipment sequencing, software and staffing before you commit capital.

Growth and operations

Operational review, pricing, practitioner performance and treatment mix for established clinics.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Device cost is the largest single line and the one most new owners underestimate. A single entry level laser platform starts near $54,999 plus GST, and a clinic offering resurfacing, hair reduction and pigmentation treatments usually needs two or three platforms. Beyond equipment you are budgeting for fit out, clinic software, professional indemnity insurance, initial stock, staff training and the state or territory licensing that applies to your treatment menu. The order matters more than the total. Choosing a device before you know your treatment menu, your prescriber arrangement and your local licensing requirements is how clinics end up with equipment they cannot legally or profitably use.

The right answer depends on one question: does your clinic prescribe. A clinic where registered nurses work with an authorised prescriber needs scripting workflow, a compliant medication record and consent documentation built into the same system as the appointment. A skin only clinic with no prescription medicines does not, and a general booking platform may be enough. Assess any platform against five things: whether consent forms are structured and tamper evident, whether treatment photography attaches to the patient record, whether medication and stock are tracked to the dose, whether reporting shows practitioner level performance, and where patient data is hosted.

It depends on your state or territory. Laser and IPL use is regulated at state and territory level rather than federally, and requirements differ substantially between jurisdictions. Some require a radiation safety licence or registration before a Class 3B or Class 4 laser can be operated, others regulate through workplace health and safety provisions, and several have tightened requirements recently. Separately, cosmetic injectables are prescription only medicines. Registered nurses must work with an authorised prescriber who conducts the consultation and issues the prescription, while nurse practitioners may prescribe independently within their scope of practice. Confirm current requirements with your state or territory health department and your indemnity insurer before purchasing a device.

Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, atrophic acne scarring, surgical trauma and burn scar revision, stretch marks, small area rejuvenation around the eyes and mouth, and removal of benign lesions such as skin tags and syringoma.

Yes. Interest free plans to 24 months and commercial equipment finance over one to five years are available, subject to lender approval. Terms are confirmed at quotation.

Yes. Clinical training is included with device supply, and further pathways are available for injectables, PRP and PRF, IPL, microneedling, CO2 laser, pico laser and laser hair removal, plus one to one nurse mentorship.
