An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media

Integration with Social Meida Platform
Our software platform allows users to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts through Meta APIs.
When a user authorizes our application, we may collect and process:
- Facebook User ID
- Facebook Page IDs and Page Names
- Instagram Business Account IDs and Usernames
- Profile information made available through Meta authorization
- Access tokens required to perform authorized actions
- Content submitted by users for publishing through our platform
- Account and page metadata necessary to provide platform functionality
We use this information solely to:
- Connect and manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
- Publish content on behalf of authorized users
- Display connected social media accounts within the platform
- Manage account integrations and authentication
- Provide reporting, analytics, and platform functionality where applicable
We do not sell, rent, or transfer Meta user data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Access to Meta data is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the platform. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or until the user disconnects the associated social media account
Data Deletion
You may disconnect your Facebook and Instagram accounts from our Application at any time through the account settings dashboard. Upon disconnection, or upon the deletion of your Application account, we will immediately revoke and permanently delete all associated Facebook and Instagram access tokens, session data, and API integration records from our active databases. Any scheduled content that has not yet been published to your social media accounts will be permanently cancelled and deleted. Residual data may remain in our encrypted backup logs for a maximum period of 30 days before being completely overwritten, during which time it will remain inaccessible for standard operations. Please note that disconnecting your account from our Application does not delete content that has already been successfully published to your Facebook or Instagram profiles. To request the manual deletion of any remaining integration data, you may submit a request to info@aestheticsconsults.com.au
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
